«Yangi Kon» LLC continues to invest in developing the professional competencies of its employees. As part of its latest professional development program, the company’s specialists completed training in the “Landmark” software suite — one of Halliburton’s leading global solutions, widely used for the well design, planning, and engineering support of oil and gas wells.
Training Format and Content
The training program lasted a full week and included both theoretical training and intensive practical skills development using real-world cases and work scenarios. During this time, employees thoroughly studied the system’s key modules:
- COMPASS
- StressCheck
- WellPlan
Training Participants
The program included executives and specialists from relevant company departments, as well as young graduates from the Tashkent branch of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University).
Training Results
Following the week-long course, all participants successfully passed the final assessment and received certificates confirming their level of proficiency in Landmark software.
