- Geology and Exploration of Oil and Gas Fields: Studying the structure of the earth’s interior and searching for new deposits.
- Geophysical Methods of Search and Exploration: Working at the intersection of science and technology for detailed analysis of field data.
Why are Mathematics and Physics the Foundation?
We are convinced that a modern engineer is, first and foremost, a strong analyst. In our work, there is no room for guesswork—only precise data. Therefore:
- Knowledge of Mathematics is mandatory: You must be fluent in algorithms and proficient in mathematical statistics and modeling. This is essential for the accurate calculation of well trajectories, reserve volumes, and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of Physics is mandatory: Understanding mechanics, thermodynamics, and the fluid dynamics of reservoir fluids is critical. You must understand the physics of processes occurring at depths of several thousand meters to make the right technological decisions.
Important: As part of the selection process, testing will be conducted to verify your level of knowledge in the fundamental sciences.
Internship Stages and Career Track:
- Immersion: Familiarization with the company’s operations and participation in current production processes.
- Field Practice: An opportunity to see theory in action and work under the guidance of experienced mentors.
- Project Activity: Solving a specific technical case under the supervision of a Chief Specialist.
- Outcome: Based on the results of the final assessment, the best candidates will receive offers for internships and subsequent employment with a competitive salary.
